CHICKEN AND EGG SALAD

Ingredients

½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. Honey BBQ Aioli Sauce (Retired)
4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
1 large cooked chicken breast, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, diced
Salt & pepper, to taste
Leaf lettuce

Instructions

Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and Honey BBQ Aioli Sauce (Retired) in a small bowl and stir to combine. Mash eggs with a fork or potato masher. Add chicken and mayonnaise mixture to the eggs. Mix to combine and add green onions, celery and salt & pepper. Serve on a bed of leaf lettuce.
